MORONLINE: my "Culprit Collection"

This blog began with letters I'd received from those on the social sites who don't read profiles, so they emailed me needlessly. It has veered into complete idiot territory, as now the bulk of these guys (and girls!) are clearly employed by swindlers. They do NOT pay attention to profiles, and they assume they are the only ones doing it & that their messages will be believable.

THE TITLE, "MORONLINE" SIMPLY PUTS 'MORON' AND 'ONLINE' TOGETHER.

Today on 'yourchristianzone' I got "kissed" .. ARG!

There's no text so I can't post that here.

On 'singles.org' I got both a 'wink' (which always means the guy is trying to prompt me to contact him, and it's not because he'd otherwise get charged, because that's a FREE SITE) ... and a note from someone else saying he'd like the honour of being my friend, and to see 'where God will lead us to' .. ???

Here it is:

... and to just where does he imagine it could possibly lead? ..

Now some of you reading this might think I'm wasting people's time by signing onto these services when I'm not interested in dating. Well, if the option of 'friends/buddies/pals' wasn't there, I would not use their site.

The idea is that if an online social community offers the prerogative to be there for just friends, I choose to avail myself of it in order to acquire some new contacts. If there are guys who feel like I'm teasing them by being there but not seeking their attention, that's not my problem.

My profile makes it very clear I'm only there for platonic reasons, so they have nobody but themselves to blame if they keep hitting on me!

    Hello.
Please take a few moments to read my comment. Thank you.
I have met you on another site and sent you a very nice, love-filled and romantically purposeful message in where I have explicitly told you of my warm feelings upon finding your beautiful face on the site. I will not name the site.
I am sorry and shocked to say that when you received my kindly email, the only words you thought fit to return to me were that you only want to have friends and no more.
The reason I am writing to you here is because the link to this blog website was posted beneath your profile picture, the one I thought is so lovely.
Why do you not want to be married?
Why did you say 'no thank you' to me, a deep-hearted man with wealth and good looks who would always give you love and protection forever? I would never stop giving you all my love and my life.
    You were very cruel.
There is nothing more I will say. I hope you learn to love me back.
    Goodbye.

    Hi, Benjamin!
Y'know, I usually would delete posts like this one because it's clear you didn't read my profile before sending me that message, and I think that while you seem sincere enough, blasting me for how I choose to experience my social connections is out of line.

However, I decided to keep it here. Why? .. well, you just kind of HANDED TO ME a perfect example of the emails that prompted this blog in the first place!

    Thanks!
